Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II - In the heart of Milano

During my stay in Milano in June 2012, one of my favorite places to go and walk, was Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the doubled- arcade street is formed by two glass-vaulted arcades intersecting in an octagon covering the street connecting Piazza del  Duomo to Piazza della Scala. Its always filled with tourists, milanese people and its the real place for everyone to meet. Walking  in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is a unique experience. The floor is covered in natural stone and byzantine roman mosaic with precise geometric patterns and its a pleasure to walk through.
All milanese life is around Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, from here you can go to Via Torino, Via Dante and all the most amazing streets in Milano.
For sure I will make another visit to this unique and vibrating city of Milano.
